Information

Pay $1.00 for each item entered. Pay out: First place $3 – Second place $2 – Third
place $1.
All items entered are to be brought to Merchants Building II: at the time of entry or on
Saturday, July 21st between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
EXCEPT FOR BAKED GOODS AND FLOWERS.
Please Note – Baked goods must be brought to the Pavilion between 10 a.m. and 1
p.m. on Friday, July 25th, in the Pavilion. Judging will begin at 2 p.m.
Bake sale auction will be held in the Pavilion at 6 p.m., on Friday July 25th. All first
and second place winning items will be auctioned off this year. Exhibitors having
their entries auctioned will receive 80 percent of their auctioned price with 20 percent
going to the Fair Board Treasury. All winners are encouraged to attend.
Flowers are to be in place in the Merchant’s Building I by noon on Friday, July 25th.
Judging will begin at 1p.m. All entries will be released after 4 p.m. on Sunday,
July 27th.
Please pick up premium money by Sunday, July 27th at the secretary’s office. Bank
hours are 2 – 4 p.m. Daily.

Sun., July 13th 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Wed., July 16th 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Sat., July 19th 10 a.m. – 2 p.m
Each individual entering must pay $ 1.00 for
each item being entered.
